Collins joined the agency in 2011 and became a third generation partner in 2017. He is a graduate of The University of Texas with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Economics. Collins’s primary focus is in the construction, manufacturing and hospitality industries. Prior to joining Offenhauser, he worked for underwriting companies in Dallas and San Antonio.
He is a current board member for Texarkana Resources for the Disabled, and has previously served as a five-term president for Junior Achievement of Texarkana, a trustee and treasurer for St James Day School, president for Young Professionals for Texas A&M-Texarkana. and a loaned executive for United Way of Greater Texarkana. He and his family are active members of St James Episcopal Church.
